1. How do we book you for our wedding?

To secure your date, we require a signed contract and a booking retainer. Once both are received, your date is officially reserved!

2. How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance, especially for popular wedding months. However, we sometimes accommodate last-minute bookings if the date is available.

3. Do you offer both photography and videography?

Yes! We offer combined photo + video packages for seamless coverage and a cohesive storytelling style. You can also book photography or videography separately.

4. Can we customize our package?

Absolutely. All our packages can be tailored to your needs — from extra hours, drone coverage, or additional shooters to custom albums or highlight films.

5. How many hours of coverage do we need?

Most couples book 8–10 hours to capture everything from getting ready to the dance floor. We can help you decide based on your timeline.

6. Do you travel for weddings or destination shoots?

Yes! We love destination weddings and are available worldwide. Travel and accommodation fees may apply depending on the location.

7. Do you work with a second shooter?

Yes, most of our packages include a second photographer or videographer to ensure we capture every angle and candid moment.

8. When will we receive our photos and videos?

Our typical delivery time is:

Photos: 6–10 weeks

Highlight film: 8–12 weeks

We also send a sneak peek within a few days of the wedding.

9. How many photos will we receive?

You can expect around 50–80 edited photos per hour of coverage, depending on your event schedule.

10. Do you edit all the photos and videos?

Yes — all delivered images and films are professionally edited in our signature style. We ensure color correction, exposure adjustments, and cinematic storytelling.

11. Can we get the raw photos or footage?

We don’t typically provide raw files since they’re unfinished work, but we can offer them for an additional fee if requested.

12. What happens if you get sick or there’s an emergency?

We have a backup team of trusted professionals ready to step in. Your wedding will always be covered.
